Job Opportunity - Project Manager Commercial & Small Boats

Landau Marine is on the lookout for a new Project Manager to lead the Commercial & Small Boats side of our business. The role would suit an experienced and dynamic project manager who’s keen to make their mark in a growing SME. 

Our current operations are based in Swanwick, Warsash & Marchwood.

Key tasks include:

• Planning projects in line with business requirements and adherence to ISO processes
• To manage all staff and sub-contractors under your direct control
• Management of procurement activities to ensure goods are available for all projects in a timely manner
• To monitor the H&S processes within the business, linking these to the current ISO standards
• Influence engineers to work effectively in a team and ensure they meet their own targets
• To assist the sales team in pricing as and when necessary
• To monitor and review each project and ensure that agreed margins are achieved and that the quality of work is to the desired standard
• To support client visits and meetings as required
