Gemma has been passionate about the marine industry since sailing as a teenager with the Ellen Macarthur Cancer Trust, which she then went on to volunteer with. Gemma joined Landau in December 2014 and throughout her time here has contributed to the successful implementation of ISO 9001.2015 and has experienced Landau expanding into different sectors within the marine industry. 

During her spare time Gemma enjoys spending time with her young family which includes walks to the local beach and adventures at nearby country parks. Gemma is an avid football fan who supports her local football team and if there is an England match on you can guarantee she will be watching it! 

Gemma’s role within Landau is to ensure that the Operations and Sales teams are well supported and ensuring we maintain our ISO 9001.2015 accreditation whilst pushing forwards with our ambition of being ISO 14001 accredited during 2023.
